1. Soak the compress in water until fully moist.

2. Heat in the microwave for 1–2 minutes or steam for approximately 10 minutes.
   (Always test temperature before applying to skin.)

3. Wrap in a clean cloth and gently apply to the desired area.

♻️ Storage & Reuse

The compress can be reused approximately 2–3 times.
After use, allow to air-dry until cool, then store in a plastic bag in the freezer for future use.

✨ วิธีใช้

1. แช่ลูกประคบในน้ำให้ชุ่ม

2. อุ่นด้วยไมโครเวฟ 1–2 นาที หรือ นึ่งประมาณ 10 นาที
   (ตรวจสอบความร้อนก่อนใช้ เพื่อป้องกันการลวก)

3. ใช้ผ้าสะอาดห่ออีกชั้น แล้วประคบบริเวณที่ต้องการ

♻️ วิธีเก็บรักษา

ลูกประคบสามารถใช้ซ้ำได้ประมาณ 2–3 ครั้ง
