2. Put into a plastic bag or container and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes.

1. Heat the cotton herbal pouch in the microwave on medium setting for about 30 seconds.

2. Lie down comfortably and place the warm compress over both eyes for 15–20 minutes, or until warmth fades.
